I was in a car accident in Downtown Norfolk while driving my daily route while making a turn onto Boush Street when the other driver ran a red light. My new truck was damaged badly and I injured my knee. The insurance company refused to settle my case and tried to blame me for the accident. A lawyer friend of mine recommend Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers. They were great. Since the insurance company wouldn’t offer a settlement for the cost of my knee surgery, Bill O’Mara immediately filed a lawsuit. During the depositions we learned that not only that the at-fault driver was on his cell phone, but that he didn’t know what color his light was! I still can’t believe the insurance company tried to blame me for the accident know that. At the end of the day the insurance company finally came around and offered a fair settlement on the case a week before trial. I appreciate everything Bill, Nicole and everyone at Cooper Hurley did for me and would recommend them to anyone.

We were rear ended at the intersection of Aragona and Virginia Beach Blvd. We found Cooper Hurley on the internet and saw all of there great reviews and decided to give them a try when the insurance company was giving us the run around. They by far excited my exceptions and got us more that double what the insurance company was offering. I am extremely happy with the results they got for us.
