I was informed of his work through a friend and was very relieved with the outcome of my case. I was given a reckless driving with the chances of possible jail time . He did a great job with providing me with courses to take and steps to take prior to my court date. His representation is very good and he was able to get my misdemeanor dropped.

Mr. Johnson responded to an inquiry from CPS on my behalf, immediately mitigating and resolving our unease. He is a seasoned, knowledgeable, sharp, professional, and AGRESSIVE attorney who I will absolutely hire should the need ever arise again.

I had an unfortunate encounter with a neighbor of mine whose dogs attacked my dog and bit me. I reacted in the moment and had an interaction with that neighbor that led me to court. I hired Jerrell based on a recommendation from an old military friend of mine and he did an excellent job of representing me.

I reached out to this firm late at night and reached the owner. A family member living in VA attempted to avoid arrest after committing crimes by giving my information to the responding officers. Subsequently, I never got any notices or communications from the police department as my brother gave them a wrong address. I realized the situation a year later after being denied the purchase of a new firearm. I paid this office on the spot, signed the paperwork and off went the owner of this firm. In the end I had to jump through a ton of hoops such as providing photos of myself, providing bank statements, providing receipts from within a 6 hour window of the incident, providing fingerprint cards, talking with the responding officers and their supervisor. In the end it took the legal system of VA a year to reverse these charges, charge my brother with them and additional charges. I am glad the police department reached out to me because there were incidents that they were investigating but turned cold because there’s no record of me in VA. They were able to reopen these cold cases and proceed after my brother. In the end Mr. Johnson remained in contact and pushed the PD, courts and State troopers office to do what was right based on the evidence I submitted. Great job, I thank this firm for taking care of me through this process. I just feel the VA police departments had policies pertaining to identifying unknown suspects at the scene. They should never just trust a criminal to give them correct information. The courts should also have faster more streamlined processes in place for overturning wrongful charges on an individual based on these circumstances. My employer halted my promotion, I was labeled as a felon with active warrants and was unable to purchase my desired firearm while it was on sale. Allowing this to take a year + to resolve even with a great attorney is a miscarriage of justice on part of the VA judicial system.
