Kristen handled a property dispute matter through arbitration for us and I would recommend her. Very straightforward and has no desire to waste your funds. She did a great job and her rate was excellent for the work and communication we received. She is friendly and very knowledgeable and she works at Pender & Coward so she has many senior associates who have seen it all so your money is saved when she doesn't have to waste hours researching.
