Erica is always available to discuss any issues I am experiencing with my non profit. Non profits must be held to extrelmy high standards in regard to hiring of employees, expenditures, client relations and avoidance of anything that could be perceived as as inappropriate. Erica is my voice of reason is an extremely emotional field of non profit. our mission deals with veterans with military psychiatric disorder and we pair them with well trained shelter dogs. She has given very sound advice on how to train new employees and how to dismiss them without difficulty. If I didn't have her to advise I would have not been equipped to handle some of the legalities of employee relations.

Erica is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to contracts and contract negotiation. She helped rewrite my company's basic service agreement which eventually led to us landing a contract with a large national corporation. She is very responsive to calls and emails, and she is very flexible on meeting you for consultations. Most importantly, Erica is VERY personable and outgoing.
