They have updated their case management to include Internet-based services to help make things easier for everyone involved, and I really appreciate this. One of the staff members was rude to me when I spoke to her on the phone. I had asked her a question because I didn’t have my paperwork handy and that’s when she was rude. She didn’t answer my question and told me look at my paperwork. Because this lady was rude it made me not want to deal with the law firm after I had paid to retain Mr. Goetz. I would not recommend this law firm because of what I experienced.

Unhappy with service... will NEVER use again.i would go to JOHN MORGAN! Prices are cheaper, he’s been in business longer and he’s HONEST!
