Mark Williams is a miracle worker. He makes the impossible possible. I recently got a speeding ticket, 73/55, that was reduced to defective equipment. No points! I highly recommend Mark Williams and his staff. They help out my son who was being charge with a felony. Eight months living through this nightmare and us not know anything about the legal system. Mark handles the situation flawlessly. And in the end all charges were drop before we even got to go to trial.

If you are looking for an attorney who will actually stand up for you in the court room, Mr. Williams is the one. He was straight forward with me and honest. He told me what would happen and what we could do later. I was mentally prepared when I went into the courtroom instead of lost and unknowing. Something I noticed that stuck with me was the way he actually spoke up for me against prosecution and his way of communicating with the judge. He truly fought for me unlike the many other attorneys that I watched in the courtroom that day, that said nothing for their client and I felt great having him as my attorney. Honestly if you are looking for the best in fauquier county Mr Williams or anyone in his practice is who you want. His assistant Rebekah who handles everything is also great and will answer any questions you may have and will help you in everyway to make everything go smoothly. All in all top notch office and if I ever need anything I will not hesitate to call them.
