I have worked with Mrs.Langenberg with our HOA. She claims knowing the law, but showed no knowledge of zoom meetings being allowed doing Covid. She is misrepresenting the bylaws of our HOA and lying about facts that didn't happen. Our Bylaws require liens on properties when there are unpaid dues and yet in 10 years collecting delinquent accounts she never did. We as an HOA lost a lot of money because of her. If you owe money she will drag you to court and will keep sending you checks back if you try to pay. There is no online pay to pay her. If you look for an attorney keep looking.
