Although I am an elder law attorney in Tampa, how I met Donna told me everything I needed to know about her and her law firm. We spent several days at a professional “bootcamp” with the sole focus on becoming the best advocates we can be for the people that trust us with their lives as well as their post-mortem affairs. Donna stood out as an extremely capable attorney ready, able and willing to provide clients – not only the highest level of skill and expertise – but all the aspects of respect, empathy and attention lost today in our profession. We had our estate planning done by another attorney several years ago and needed to update documents. Donna Wilson found several errors and inconsistencies in our old documents that would not only have cost us more money, but could have left us and our child unprotected at the time of our death or disability. We now have piece of mind knowing we have had a thorough and professional review of our situation and that we now have a plan that is tailored to our needs. As we were deciding what plans to make for our family several alternate scenarios were created to give us examples of what could happen depending on our choices and it was clear that Ms. Wilson clearly knows her field. The process was smooth, yet complete, and the office staff was quite responsive to questions and concerns. Communication has been wonderful and the documents we received were carefully explained and extremely well organized. We are relieved and confident that we made the best decision in choosing Wilson Law.

As a couple quickly approaching the age for retirement, we turned to Donna Wilson and her team for help in protecting our wealth. The process was painless and easy to understand. With children and grandchildren in the mix, we wanted to make sure our assets would be available to them upon our departure from this life. We were able to create an exceptional plan, legacy trust, and other components to make certain our wishes would be carried out. We were so impressed with the final outcome of this effort that we shared our experience (not all the details) with other family members. Three other family members have since turned to Donna and her team and completed very similar processes. It sure is a good feeling to know that our family will benefit from the fruits of our life-long hard work and not a bunch of bureaucrats.

Donna Wilson is a people person. She communicates in simple and direct language which anyone can understand. She is extremely knowwledgeable in all areas pertaining to Wills and Last Testaments, and stays current with the many changes in the laws pertaining to this area. She, and her very well organized office staff keep her clients aware of any changes in the law which impact on her clients wishes. Having her as our Attorney has helped both my wife and myself in arranging our own wills to our exact desires without a lot of "fog". Additionally, she performs an annual review with each client to assure that the clients current desires are being met, whether or not there are any legistative changes in the law.

We used her services to draw up our Last Will and Testament for my husband and myself. From the moment you walk into the office to the minute you leave, you are made to feel welcome. The staff is wonderful and friendly and there are little touches of "home" all around. She is very professional but highly personable as well. It was so refreshing to work with someone who has such an extensive level of knowledge who also knows how to interact with you on a personal level so that the knowledge isn't overwhelming. I would highly recommend her services to anyone!!!!!

Initial meeting (2009) at a presentation which was most impressive with Power Point and accompanying printed data. Low key presentation with no pressure which my husband and I liked. Donna and her staff are very professional but make one feel very comfortable, especially since major decisions were to be made. If we had questions about any documentation to be completed, we called; they responded immediately. We have joined their "Maintenance" program, most affordable and covers 1 yr or 13 mos, should we decide there are changes to be made. We have referred others who chose to work with Wilson Law and they are pleased to her have them as their attorney. One of the most important reasons we chose Wilson Law was their presentation. There was the feeling that there was honesty, integrity and that Wilson Law exhibited a willingness to definitely work with clients as "people" rather being interested in taking advantage of a stressful situation.

Donna Wilson is a very responsible attorney who took care or our Trust plan. She came to our house and explained her services, how it would be set up, and how it would take care of our loved ones. She left nothing out and spared no words to make sure that we understood everything. Because we could not go to her, for medical reasons, she came to our home willingly, made several appearances to take care of us. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a caring, responsive, and responsible attorney.

Donna is more than a lawyer. She is a trusted friend, available at all times, to help with major or minor issues; readily available to answer any question; definitely goes the second (and third) mile to make sure I am fully informed and comfortable with everything that is being handled by her and her competent staff. I have never had a "professional" be more "personal" in their caring of all I was going through. I am eternally grateful.

Donna presents herself in a very professional manner. She is knowledgable astute and thorough in her approach. Not only did she assist us with estate planning, guardianship issues for our disabled son were also addressed.
