Brian Gillette is the BEST lawyer in Virginia for VRS disability claims! He and his staff successfully helped me through the entire appeals process (which included a hearing after being denied twice), and I couldn't have done it without his help. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to helping their clients. I only wish I could rate this group with 10 stars!!

Attorney Gillette and his staff did an amazing job to assist my wife to get VRS retirement with disability. If you are disabled and applying for retirement with disability you need to contact Attorney Gillette to help you through the process. Attorney Gillette was very thorough and professional. This law firm told me to change healthcare providers based on the fact that, in the past, they were not supportive of disability claims. Is it not an attorneys job to argue articulable facts? There was no concern about my health and the detriments it may cause by changing provid ers. I would suggest not doing business with this law firm. It appears they want an easy open and shut case. Again, there was no regard to my health. They could tell me who not to go to, which is legal advice, but would not give me a list of doctors they have worked with in the past... Double standard and wrong.....
