Since our Wills hadn't been updated in a very long time, my husband and I chose Johnson, Gasink & Baxter, LLC, after being highly recommended by our insurance agent. Before our meeting, we completed a questionnaire so that Dan Gasink would be better prepared for our initial meeting. Dan was very professional and personable, and he took the time to go over everything to be sure he understood our needs and wishes. We went back a second time to go over the draft estate plan, then a third time to sign the documents. Dan's paralegal, Katie, was very helpful in answering questions. It's a real weight off our minds knowing that our estate is protected and our health care directives are known and followed.

We engaged Dan's services to restate our existing Trust and to have a local attorney oversee it going forward. Dan implemented some minor modifications that we wanted and after reviewing our Trust recommended a significant, but subtle change that we hadn't identified.
