We were extremely disappointed by the service provided by Susanna Hickman. She and her paralegal made basic, repeated mistakes. We had to correct her on how to spell our legal names and who the co-trustees were approximately seven times. In the end, she missed a big problem with our need to adjust a trust that we had explained repeatedly and cost us at least $500 for work we shouldn't have needed. We are having another lawyer check her work because we lack any faith in her judgment and ability. We recommend you go elsewhere.

Susanna is very knowledgeable and attentive to your every need. Often times when you go to see a lawyer it is for a stressful situation and she goes out of her way to help you and put your mind at ease. She has worked with my family for years and I would never consider going elsewhere.
