Pat Kelley is an excellent attorney. I have known him more than 30 years from his time as an assistant commonwealth's attorney for Williamsburg-James City County. Most recently, within the last six months, he represented a member of my family in multiple occasions in court and provided EXCELLENT representation. He meet with the family when it was necessary prior to court appearances and came to court fully prepared. Without a doubt, I would use his services if needed again. He's good and looks out for his clients.

Pat Kelley represented my son in a traffic stop in Charles City County. We were very pleased with the professionalism and attention we received from Pat and his staff. He arrived early, met with my son, explained everything to him and handled all the details in court. I will certainly call Pat again for future legal needs.

I don't recommend this attorney for any defense work. He charged us an arm and a leg for a straight forward juvenile case, but only provided a toe and finger. He made it seem like he had contacts that could improve the outcome. Not so. Anyone could have done the same thing he did, which was show up and rollover. Thankfully not life altering, however, I have to take full responsibility because I didn't manage him like I should have. I won't be fooled again.

Ms. Montgomery is a very thorough, knowledgeable and confident attorney. Answered all my questions concerning my bankruptcy process and kept me informed of any changes. Their Para-legal, Brenna, is wonderful to work with also. Her attention to detail is exceptional. They both were attentive and ensured a very difficult process ran smoothly.
