“I have called twice or three times and both ladies I spoke with are pleasant and professional but the attorney is never there!!!!! I would have consulted with her but she seems to not exist.”

“Ms. Powell did not offer us much guidance and sounded distant and concerned about other matters (his was a phone consultation). We really did not feel wanted nor helped.”
