I consulted Mr. Birocco about legal matters and he answered all my questions and gave me helpful advice on what to do.

Mr. Birocco provided a defense that gave me confidence in my case that eventually went favorably for me. After telling him my side, we went over the police report together and he noted everything which was contrary to my report. He was very resourceful in filing motions, and was bold in confronting the officer about the report during my hearing. We met several times over my case and I was informed by him every step of the process. He offered me his professional opinion but always let me decide how we would proceed. In the end, my charge was dismissed at trial as a result of a motion "to suppress" that mr. birocco filed. Even though we were prepared for trail, I didn't have to be tried because his efforts in filing motions came through for me. I recommend birocco to anyone who feels your rights have been violated, or you have to prove your innocence, or you want the best representation for your guilt.
