“Allow me to be specific so you can't explain it away. I have twice filled out the questionnaire on the Correll Law Firm website. Twice. I also called. The one time that someone actually picked up the phone I was told by the person that picked up the phone that they were on the line with someone else and I needed to hang up and call back.”
