This morning my cousin had a court case in Chesterfield General District Court. He was represented by Mr. Gilbert Ambler, who was extremely professional, down to earth and explained all the pros and cons, as to what could possibly happen. He made us very comfortable, once he explained everything. I was very impressed, when he told us that he had watched the police body cams and the camera footage from the redlight. Not only did he watch the videos, but he spent 15 hours, watching the videos over and over to make sure he did not miss anything!! He was very confidant, when he was explaining what could or could not happen in court. He is very educated on the gun laws in several different states! I highly recommend him but especially with anything pertaining to a gun. We were very happy with the outcome of this case. Do I really need an attorney to appeal the denial of my concealed handgun permit application? It shouldn’t be that complicated. I will go in, explain to the Judge, and would be granted my privileges. Gilbert Ambler was recommended to me by VCDL when I asked them who they recommend using to get my gun rights restored. Gilbert Ambler is the reason why im not in jail right now. This is no small feat considering I hired him via US Law Shield to help me fight a felony charge in Fairfax County, VA. The Fairfax County Police dept was hell bent on sending me to jail and trying to ruin my life but this man gave me the legal counsel and advice to prevent that from happening to me. He advised me to brace for certain outcomes but he also gave me hope that we could overcome this which we did.
