It had been many years since we updated our will and we engaged Joshua to help us bring everything up to date. Joshua developed a draft will for myself and my wife, as well as advance medical directive and financial power of attorney documents. The documents that Joshua and his staff developed for us are extremely professional with copious cites to pertinent Virginia statutes. Josh delivered the finished product in a very nice binder and followed up with a call to go over everything and respond to any final questions concerning the documents. In addition, he provided advice on the do's and don'ts of storing and executing the documents.
