Mr. Stevens took time out of his Friday evening to meet with me - for free - and spent almost 2 hours reviewing and discussing my case and defenses. He’s honest, thorough, and well-regarded in the community. It is rare to find attorneys, anywhere, that have the knowledge and client care that Mr. Stevens does. Whether you hire him or not, go to him and find out what is possible in your case. Doing so could be the difference between innocence or guilt.

Casey handled my case with confidence , so much that it put me in a space of comfort going through this difficult time. The outcome and results were outstanding of course , hopefully I won’t need him again but if I do , he is at the top of my list.

Casey is the best lawyer ever!

Mr. Stevens is a very respectable lawyer. He handled my case with a lot of care. Throughout the process, I was given clear instructions on what to do and where to go. Getting in touch with him via email or call was also straightforward. My Particular case was a reckless driving ticket. I was caught going 97 Mph on a 55 Mph Highway in Fairfax County. I had a high risk of going to court, getting sentenced to jail time, and getting my license suspended. However, because of Mr. Stevens, he was able to make a plea deal with the prosecutor that lowered my charge from a reckless driving ticket, a class one misdemeanor. To a Lower offense and a $250 fine. I decided to go with the plea deal instead of fighting it, which was the best decision for my situation, after shortly agreeing and showing up in front of the judge. The judge told me I was fortunate and would likely get jail time. The judge was not direct about saying this, but it was pretty obvious. Overall, Mr. Stevens did an excellent job with my case, and I'm pleased with the outcome, considering the penalty for my actions. I was fortunate to walk away with only a fine to pay. My last thought would be to please consider every and all possible option before agreeing to a plea deal. I decided to agree to the plea deal. However, if you have the opportunity not to take a plea deal, are aware of the risks in fighting for your case, and are confident with your defense, then fight your case. Would I ever hire Mr. Stevens again? YES.

It was amazing what he did to help me through this deal. I appreciate everything. He made it easy to understand the process clearly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that would need a lawyer.
