Ms.Stephens represented me for a child custody/visitation/child support case. She explained everything to me and kept me in the know with everything that was going on. She spent countless hours on my case to make sure she had everything that was needed for trial. If she didn’t know something or had questions she would reach out. Virginia is very responsive (either same day or within 24 hrs) when it comes to emails/texts/phone calls. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a lawyer. We won!

In July 2016, I contacted Virginia for a consultation as i had many questions regarding divorce. She was very helpful and listened to everything i said. She was very versed in the law and answered all of my questions. I would definitely go back to her when I decide to move forward. I did not feel pressured to finish within my allotted time. She was nice and professional.

I was grateful to get a consult that seemed cheap for 30 mins. My consult was 20 mins. Virginia didn't really care to listen but instead injected what really is happening and citing the law. I felt as if she made fun of my words in a round about way. She also didn't care to look at my settle offer from my husbands attorney. She said it was useless and would rather hear my side.Then asked for close to 5,000 for retainer fee. I didn't think my time spent with her helped or made me feel at ease. I wish I had known better. She wouldn't have fought for me. And I decided to walk away after the consult.

My consultation with Virginia was insightful, helpful, and just made me feel like.. She will have all my best interests in mind and will fight hard for me. I would not hesitate to hire her for any other things I need for Family Law
