My fiancé had a trust with them & so convinced me to do one also. Well we never married & he broke up with me so I called so I could change who would be by new trustee & beneficiary’s. Only to be told it’s a conflict of interest and go find another attorney! They told me during the process there would be no problem if I needed to change anything. Seems to me they got my 5,000 & said goodbye! They are very good at making you feel your doing the right thing, but you better run away fast cause they won’t be there when you need them

Be very careful, this group looks out for themselves. We made a terrible mistake with my taking my 85-year-old mother-in-law to them thinking they would look out for the elderly. Super expensive will and trust and a worthless annuity. Big mistake for her, a big gain for them.

Don’t use this law firm. They are so incompetent that they lost the will for my family member’s estate and then magically found it later. Best believe that they charged us for it too.

I wouldn't recommend this law firm and this is why. My father put his trust in this law firm and Mr. Buxton to create his trust, then redo it over and restate his trust. My father chose the only daughter to be in control as I took care of my sick parents solely for many years, dad in hospice and my elderly mom for 21 months that lived withme and my husband in our home. Unfortunately at the document signing the attorney made a huge mistake and forgot to get mom to sign her updated durable POA that they forgot. Reverting the durable POA back to my sibling who rarely came to see them, lived hour's away, and never physically or emotionally cared for them like I did. Causing me huge emotional stress, effecting my health, continual conflict, and bullying, from family. On top of spending well over thousands of dollars in lawyer fees from the trust.Multiple court battles, that are still ongoing 4 years later. Mistakes can happen but this was too costly. Mr. Buxton signed an affidavit admitting his mistake. But the long lasting damage carry's on. That mistake should never have happened from a reputable law firm. I never even got a formal apology and was met with resistance when I initially identified the mistake. My life has been a complete nightmare since my dad passed in 2019 because of this error.

I am very happy to have finally attended to my trust issues. After a presentation they put on, it made too much sense to not get this done. So far I'm about two thirds of the way through the process, but will be able to start resting easy soon. To leave so many unattended loose ends to my family and the possibility of my estate slowly changing hands over the generations and not with the people I want, will be locked in soon and my blood relatives for generations will benefit. The process isn't as painful as I might have imagined and they make everything very clear, explaining the documents beforehand, until I am comfortable that I understand them. I would recommend them to anyone, family, friends or stranger.
