This lawyer and her secretary are the most rude people. I can not even explain anything and they hang up on me. They are not professional at all. Handling a divorce case and she is too incompetent to know how to do it. She is not qualified for the job. Maybe she should just retire since it seems she doesn't know what she is doing.

I’ve called this attorney 3 times now to hire her for family law. I’ve been hung up on every single time and when I called back the woman acted as though it was an accident and then did it again. I told her I have a legal plan that I pay for through my employer and she asked for case number and then hung up on me again! I’m already under a lot of stress, the last thing I need is some immature secretary playing phone games at a law firm!

We contacted the firm when we needed advice for my dad's long term care. We were able to schedule an appointment within days to meet with Attorney Jennifer Kahl and were extremely impressed with her knowledge of elder care law.
