I have worked with David since April of 2014 on a erroneous creditor collection that was destroying my credit. David helped me fight this major credit card company that "over reacted" to the collection mistake on my credit. In the 30 days it took to dispute the collection error of $100, the major credit card dropped my credit line, charged me insane interest rates and just like a game of domino's red flagged all my other credit cards to panic and do the same. I of course hired David and step by step he gave me the tools I needed to not only fight it but counter sue. It took 2 years of playing their game but in the end it was all worth it! I can't thank David enough and would and have referred to everyone I know, including family members. In my line of work I have worked with many attorneys and David is in a class of his own. I contacted Mr Mott while looking for advice regarding what rights I had as a tenant after my landlord had her house foreclosed and sold at auction. He seemed very knowledgeable when answering my questions. He was very clear and made it easily understandable. He gave me a couple different options without making me feel like I had no options unless I paid him big fees. I know if I do need a lawyer in this situation or anything else he does i will definitely call him.

I contacted Attorney Mott via telephone, for guidance on how to proceed with Bank of America's lengthy foreclosure process. Mr. Mott was quite promt in returning my call, was extremely knowledgeable with the foreclosure proceedings and explained the process to me in language I could understand. Attorney Mott informed me of a complaint process I could complete and offered to assist me with the documents needed free of charge.

Great lawyer who left his wife's bedside to draw up some papers in an emergent situation 2 hours after I called. He has kept me up to date on all aspects and although we are still working on arbitration he has done a great job for us against a car dealership who took advantage of my father.
