Mature, measured and wise are three words I would attach to Jim. I have worked with him over the past three months in the satisfactory resolution of an internal business dispute. Not only was the matter dealt with 100%, but I also learned some very valuable lessons from Jim about the negotiation process. I will be putting his guidance and advice to use in the future.
