I was referred to Ms. Singletary from a previous Attorney who retired to have my Will and POA updated. Ms. Singletary was immediately available when I phoned the office for an appointment!. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and patiently took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me regarding the updates and required information for my Will in a way that I could completely understand. She made this a very easy task to accomplish, her fee's are very reasonable and her organizational skills are off the chart! I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Alexis was incredibly helpful in getting me set up as executor of my father's estate. She was always an email or phone call away if I had any questions. Very clear communication.

I first met with Alexis just days after I had been told my husband had terminal cancer. As you can imagine it was a time of needed haste and yet I was barely functioning. Alexis just took control. She was kind and supportive and yet very informative in what we needed to do. And because we knew our time might be rather short she made it a priority and had everything prepared for us quickly. Once my husband did pass she was again very supportive and was able to file the appropriate items for me and direct me in the right direction to take care of other things (insurance, bank accounts, etc) with minimal effort. She was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend her services.

I hired her to help make my wife's only daughter her guardian. My wife is 76 and incapable of taking care of her affairs and even signing her own name. Her eyesight is almost gone and she must always have someone near to watch and help her-at the present time that is my grandson and myself. We also required that the guardianship occur within 26 days. My stepdaughter was awarded guardianship by the court in 24 days! Alexis is a superb family guardianship lawyer. She is very thorough and her original estimate of cost was within 1% of the final bill. She deserves the highest rating available.

Alexis is sharp, personable and professional. She absolutely knows what she's doing and when she said she would handle things, she totally did! She knows how to break things down and explain them in a meaningful way. Her word is good. I felt that a huge worry had been lifted from my shoulders when she handled our estate settlement affairs. I cannot say enough good about the experience we had with Alexis at the helm. She kept us informed, kept the process moving along, kept us from missing anything we needed to do and always responded to our questions and concerns. I had no idea there were so many issues involved in settling a seemingly uncomplicated estate. I'm so glad we didn't try to handle it without help. And I'm so glad that we found Alexis. I honestly stopped worrying the day she took over.

She is efficient, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She uses language anyone can understand and provided step by step instructions. She handled my father's probate and took care to explain every step and walked us through the entire process. She was very cost effective too.

I've worked with Alexis twice now over the last 3 years regarding a guardianship for my daughter. She was extremely professional, mindful of client costs, and worked hard to find the most efficient way to work my legal issue. Setup of guardianship was a breeze, and 3 years later when it came time for reporting-- even though she no longer appeared in that court, she was willing to prep the paperwork and have a colleague appear with me (again taking a huge weight off my shoulders). She was able to structure things so that I've only got one more appearance (in 3 years), and we should be done. I've had to work with lawyers a few times in my life and she is the absolute best and consistent experience. I only wish every lawyer operated more like Alexis. If there were 10 star ratings, she would be a ten. Thanks Alexis!
