For anyone considering a friendly divorce, I highly recommend working with Kirsten. Kirsten represented my interests in the Collaborative Divorce Process and did an outstanding job. Specifically, she helped me execute a fair and amicable divorce with my wife leveraging the agreements we made previously with a mediator. While Kirsten didn't help me finalize our agreement, she was key in supporting and guiding me during a challenging time.

Kirsten would try her best to help even in very complicated cases as mine is. And if she thinks some of your questions are beyond her area, she will help to choose a different lawer. She helped me create a plan of a future relationship with my husband, where every step is like a minefield for my own self and our child, and yet, knowing my current financial situation, refused from payment, though I was insisting I should pay. Kirsten helped me execute a fair and amicable divorce with my husband using a collaborative divorce process. Her professionalism and impartiality were of the highest caliber. We have several joint businesses; 2 children and other complexities that made our case challenging. Nevertheless I believe she managed our process very quickly (5 months start to finish) and more affordably than any other option / lawyer on the island.

Divorce is a terrible experience to say the least. Kirsten walked me through step by step. Every detail was discussed, maintenance, taxes, property separation, timelines to acquire personal properties, IRA separation, meetings with financial experts. The emotional stress takes a huge toll on your mental facilities , Kirsten kept me on track and made sure my divorce was fair and my needs were addressed. I believed Kirsten was concerned for me personally and that the legal matters of divorce after a 30 year marriage were always at the forefront of the process. I would recommend Kirsten !
