Charlie was nothing short of a blessing in a time when I felt like my world was falling apart. Had it not been for his representation I'm not sure where I would be, do to his many years of experience and knowledge he was able to resolve all disagreements in a timely manner. He had the expertise and knowledge to handle any and all *issues* that arose. I highly recommend him, and thank him for all of his time, energy and effort he put into my divorce

I retained Mr. Shane to represent me to amend the parenting plan with my daughter's mother. I could go into all the piddly details but instead I will tell you that Mr. Shane is very good at what he does! He replies promptly to email, he returns phone calls. Yes, these are things that I would expect from an attorney but he definitely follows through. He explains why some things should be done a certain way. If you have an idea about something but he doesn't think it will help or improve your case, he doesn't just say no. Instead, he takes the time to explain why and ultimately, it's the clients' decision. We were able to get the parenting plan updated to satisfy what is in the best interest of my daughter. I would also comment that Jazmyn, Mr. Shane's paralegal, is excellent too. She took all of my calls and was able to put my mind at ease, which was often.

From intake to trial, Charlie was patient, calm, and understanding with me. He beat the state's statistics against fathers with apparent ease, resulting in full custody of my two young daughters. Our family has immeasurably improved thanks to Charlie!

Contacted Charlie, he provided the info I needed for court in just the first interview session. Was very understanding of my situation and how to go about going through the whole process in general. Presenting my case in wording that i couldnt have done with my nerves verbally and on paper, it helped me out in the court. I was referred to Charlie for a family law case. I lost all hope in him sticking up for me and fighting my case. I was representing myself in a very high conflict child custody litigation. Upon receiving a FCS report just 9 days prior to trial that was going to potentially have a devastating impact on my case I knew them that I had to get an attorney. I consulted with Charlie via zoom and told him about my situation and how my trial was coming up in a week. Charlie took on my case and guided me through the entire process. He told me what I needed to focus on and what the courts didn't want to hear. With very little preparation Charlie appeared for trial on my behalf. We had the option to continue, however, we decided to go through with the trial. Charlie knew the right questions to ask my witnesses, FCS and me. Ultimately the Judge ruled that I have my daughter Thursday afternoons through Sunday evenings of every week. He also got a reduction in my child support payments based on the residential schedule. The FCS report turned out to not even have an impact on anything. I highly recommend hiring Charlie for your child custody matters based off of my positive experience!
