“This firm does not protect its elderly clients. When you have a legitimate issue and have to bring in APS to the equation they do not provide accurate information, or try and protect the elder client and do not check credentials of those offering to 'help' your parent or the credentials and supporting documentation before issuing documents that may harm your elderly parent from the appropriate experts in the situation.”
