Equinox is a game changer. We are a small construction company, and with an affordable monthly fee we have unlimited support from Equinox, our own company attorneys! We are 10x more of an organized and professional company due to Equinox and risk toward me as the owner has been mitigated from risks I didn't even know existed.

Unreliable. Deceitful. Non-transparent. Difficult to communicate with. Nepotism flagrant. Closed-minded. Would not recommend engaging with this organization.
Nonsensical advice given. Under qualified students doing legal work and contacting clients. Private company information disclosed to competitors in violation of client attorney privilege. Serious flaws.

I've used Equinox for weird work issued and writing contracts after I started my business. I've always had a great experience and prompt replies to my questions. They know me and when they sponsor an event that might be a good fit for me, they tell me. Not in an email blast that everyone gets but only when it makes sense for me. I've recommended then to friends, colleagues and clients.
