Special thanks to Dennis Kasimov at MDK Law for solving a dangerous situation regarding rotting trees that were a threat to my property and family. We had experienced 3 separate events of poplar trees located on an adjacent neighbor’s property that had fallen on my and my next-door neighbor’s property causing significant damage. The remaining trees were a constant worry every time the wind kicked up. The property owner refused to remove the four dangerous trees that remained and simply stated that it was not his responsibility. I offered with my other neighbor to split the cost of removal three ways, but no deal. I contacted MDK Law for direction on how to resolve this issue and as I have experienced over the last 18 years, received expert advice and action. A professional survey of the trees verified that they were a serious threat and once that was made available, Dennis wrote a letter to my neighbor and in two weeks the trees were removed without conversation. The survey and legal fees were less than a one-third split to remove them. MDK Law has been an invaluable resource to me over the years for business advice, personal injury resolution and now tree issues.
