He started out nice but as time went on I hired as my L&I lawyer he started cashing my checks from L&I and depositing in his account with out my knowledge and my signature on the checks Please don’t hire i would not want anyone to go what I went though

Be aware - DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER. We hired him in June 2022 for adjusment of status, paid him $6500 and up to this day he didn't even file. He refuses to return my file or get part of my money back. Biggest procrastinator you'll ever meet, he will take your money and ignore you indefinetly. He also has reprimands in the past. STAY AWAY

Robert Huff was referred to me by my insurance agent. In my case, I was not anticipating the need for an attorney at the time. I had called several other lawyers prior to contacting Mr. Huff and it was the same run around and legal speak. You can imagine my surprise when Robert offered to stop by my office since he was in the area. It was definitely a weight off my chest and it allowed me to focus on my work for the first time in days. When Robert arrived he listened attentively to everything I had to say and outlined a course of action to protect myself and aid me in my case. At the time, it seemed like everything in my life had been turned upside down and to a certain extent it had. Robert helped me see the big picture and reassured me that “we” were going to be “okay”. I don't think you can put a price on peace of mind but when he left my office that day, I was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief. I trust him as an attorney and recommend him to friends and family. He is the only attorney that I will use from here on out. Thanks Robert.
