I was sideswiped by a loaded semi truck on 405 and not only did it damage my car but also tore my shoulder and injured my back. I tried to deal with the drivers insurance company myself only to get mistreated to the point I endded up in the ER after suffering a panic attack.I needed the help of a Pro so I called Dax Jones after another office wanted to look in to my case before committing to helping me. I was in a car accident in the fall and Dax helped me with my case. Originally, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get medical care because I had been focused on trying to find a new car (mine was totalled in the accident) and didn't meet with Dax until a month or so after the collision. However, Dax worked on my behalf and I didn't have to stress about a thing. He also helped to explain the paperwork in a eay that I could understand and made me aware of how the process would go. He was honest about the details and quick to let me know of any changes. Not only were all my medical expenses covered but he got me money in my pocket as well! The best part is I didn't have to do anything. I had a consultation with Dax and then was able to go to the chiropractor and masseuse my choice and at the end of it all signed a couple of papers. Dax was helpful and got me more than what I expected from my accident. Not only am I walking away feeling better but I have some extra cash too!

My fiancé and I got in a car accident October 3rd of 2013 and we were recommended to Dax. Probably the best decision we have ever made. Dax took care of everything and we didn't have to worry at all. Dax has been the biggest life saver. When both my fiancée and I were hit in a car accident we talk to Dax and he told us all the info we needed so we hired him. I got in a car accident roughly about one year ago and I was in quite the predicament with the scenario of my car accident due to me being hit by a person who ran from the scene from an accident and not having insurance. Long story short he had assured me not to worry about anything and once I had finally finished up with my treatment he had contacted me to let me know not a single dime is being spent from my own pocket. He would always contact me just to check up on my treatment and how that is going as well as give me a status update on my case. Anytime I ever had a question he would get back to me no later than that night and explain everything with detail what is going on and the next steps needed to complete and close my case! Dax helped me and my husband in a car accident case, and I am highly satisfied.
