If you are simply looking to make a plea bargain with the Prosecuting Attorney, than Mr. Wonder is a decent option. However, if you need an attorney to defend your innocence, challenge false allegations, nuance or simply be dependable, I’d highly recommend you look elsewhere. It’s not much better making a plea deal only to lose the benefit of the doubt for the rest of your life. I post anonymously only because I fear repercussions.

Is you need an attorney, Scott is your guy! He is the best at what he does! When you think there is nobody that can get the job done, he does it. We cannot thank him enough!

I contacted the BBB to submit a formal complaint regarding Mr. Wonder. He failed to notify me of the court hearing. He then tried to, and failed, to secure a 'make-up' hearing. I called his office several times, sent a couple of emails, only to be ghosted by him. My case was dismissed and the retainer, $5200, was lost. Such a disappointment.

Scott took over a case, the first attorney had made a real mess of, representing one of my Grandkids. He was quick to dig in and understand the issues. He worked through it and got an outstanding outcome, not Guilty. Scott is a skilled professional with great knowledge of the law. He's capable, thorough, and a good negotiator. He's very confident and most of all he knew when to hold our hand through it all.

Highly satisfied with the service and assistance I’ve received from Mr Scott. Someone that I dated a while back filed a retraining order based on argument through text. With the great legal approach and factual legal defense provided by Mr Scott, the claim was dismissed. Always, the best thing to do is avoid negative people from your life or make sure you don’t text things that can be used against you. But, if it came to the point where you need legal advice and protection against such circumstances, I would highly recommend Mr Scott wonder.

Yeah. Please save your money, if you think you're going to spend extra to get better service when it comes to this guy it completely inaccurate. I choose this guy because he was the first to call me after I filled out an online survey, and fear mongered me into thinking I needed 'the best', (my case 99% chance would have gone the exact same path with or without him, I was subsequently told this by both other people as well as other lawyers(1st time low bac dui case) I felt like the extra money however would be worth it because I figured it meant I would be getting better service and communication, maybe he would guide me through the process better and things of that nature. All I found, though, is that this guy looses all initiative once he has your money, (I should have listened to my dad about this- he warned me). There were so many times I tried to contact him and he never got back to me. He said he'd contact me with certain information on numerous occasions and never did. He said he would help me out in certain instances but never did. I only found out that my dui got taken down to a neg 1 after I sent him an email saying I wanted a different lawyer because he never bothered to tell me beforehand. (He said he did- he did NOT, I would have REMEMBERED). He showed up late for every single meeting we had, (like 2), and waltzed in on my court times about 2 minutes before the court was supposed to start- one of the times I was terrified he wasn't even going to show up because he had barely communicated with me beforehand, (He hadn't even taken the initiative to contact me to say that my court was in 2 days, by the way, I happened to think about it and call him, thank the lord because I don't think he even would have.) He's extremely flaky and the fact that I gave this guy a bunch of money to do basically what a public defender could have done, and nothing but the bare minimum caused me colossal stress and anger over the past year. It was a huge learning experience for me. Now I understand why so many people don't like lawyers. Perhaps this guy is fine for someone facing serious charges or something but for someone with a not very serious offence stick with someone cheaper. Someone subsequently told me- never use those lawyers who respond to those online applications, as I was describing the situation. They're all shady, too bad I didn't know at the time I hired him.

Had to utilize his work in Grant County as I was doomed to lose my license for a long period of time. I had many tickets and reckless/negligent driving tickets. Scott was able to get me out of my troubles and also change some of the requirements of the courts because of my case. He and his team of attorneys were brilliant on how they went about the case. The best part was making Albert Lin apologize in court because of his negligent actions.

Scott was able to get the charge reduced and the bail waived. I was able to avoid jail time and a much higher fine, plus a more serious charge, as a result of his efforts and experience. Scott is amiable and disarming, and has a sense of humor that makes the entire process much easier. Scott's record speaks for itself, and he really makes you feel like he is your advocate while providing a realistic assessment of your situation. I would highly recommend Scott's services to anyone who needs to protect their driving privilege, finances, and record from the consequences of a dui/dwi stop.
