They are (1) patient when explaining every detail of the estate planning process, (2) responsive to any questions we had, and (3) professional and attentive to detail. Everyone on staff was efficient and took the time to answer our many questions to make sure we understood every document and part of the process.

I worked with Kendra for my Estate Planning and she is incredibly kind, helpful and approachable with my questions and responded in a way that simplified information and did not make me feel silly for asking. We recently had our Trust/Will plan and documents completed by Kendra at Jerimy Kirschner & Associates, PLLC. The entire experience was excellent. From the initial meeting, to the creating and editing of each document, to the final meeting and signing of the documents, everything was totally seamless. What stood out to me was the response times from Kendra or any of her assistants, with each and every question we had along the way. The Trust and Will documents can be a bit confusing, but Kendra was willing to explain it in terms we could understand. We are happy to get this task completed and extremely happy with the results from Kendra and the engaging team at Jerimy Kirschner & Associates, PLLC. I will certainly not hesitate to use this firm for any future needs and would recommend their services to anyone looking for help with Estate Planning.
