Reached out to Jerimy Kirschner & Associates after going through our Legal Services benefits provider at work proved unsuccessful...we were referred to them when network attorneys we'd contacted via a website were not interested in our project. We found Kendra Rychlick and the rest of the staff at this firm to be thorough and diligent in preparing us for the process of Estate Planning, and the establishment of what ended up being a pretty complex Revocable Living Trust. They made the process simple and walked us through all required steps to fund the trust and distribute our documents appropriately following the execution of all of our documents. Nobody wants to confront issues related to our own mortality, but if you have to deal with the prospect of grim death via Estate Planning you could not pick a more trusted advisor for this process than Kendra and the folks at Jerimy Kirschner & Associates. Highly recommend.
