STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWFIRM. I am a Google Certified Guide for Bellevue and in 28 years on the internet I have never left a bad review even on a restaurant that made me sick for a week, but this is out of control. I hired this firm for several matters for multiple issues and I found them to be very disorganized, and very unprofessional. I would have to repeat instructions several times because there is no cross communication. I had to actually help their staff once do simple drafts to the IRS and the communication was horrible. I had to re-do an LOI agreement Brandon drafted for a domain matter with another firm, and I would have to send several emails repeating instructions because none of them communicate effectively with each other. For instance, my accountant had all of my info and they could not get any paperwork from her at all. My new attorney nailed it with a harsh demand and had the files showing up the next day. The worst work ethic I have ever seen. They manage by fire. My IT guy sent them files of emails in a ZIP and they had no idea how to open them he had to call the office and explain. They could never get things organized and the final straw was when the IRS returned forms to me that they had not filled out correctly and this is the firm that is helping me with my IRS issue? Last week another IRS error/letter was returned. My new IRS attorney is appalled. THESE ATTORNEYS DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS! I sent them an email addressing all of these concerns and they get spooked and decide to FIRE ME. Nightmare not over! Let me give you ONE example that happened today. My building is a 1940's building and the corporate mail box is downstairs by the front door and people sometimes coming in the building will steal the mail so I told them several months ago to NOT send mail to my address at the office and I have a response in writing from Mark on February 9th of this year getting my home address. They send me a letter to my office address and its lost. After all of these mistakes, I sent the firm a letter certified demanding that they refund my full retainer. In the letter I told them I felt it was my obligation to notify the public because I suspect there are others that have had the same experiences with their firm, and that's what I have done. They doubled down and what I can tell from a crumpled letter someone sent me a picture of (the address I told them not to send too) they are threatening that if I leave a review or talk to the press, they "will be free to discuss openly my your legal issues" and I will by doing so "revoke my attorney client privilege". This is a free country, and I cannot let them get away with this. The stories detailing my experiences with this firm will come out in The Bellevue Chronicle and Seattle Metro in September with statements from other attorneys, etc, and I will update this review with links when the stories break. I am also in the process of filing bar complaints against both attorneys and will post these complaint links when they get online. Best to take your money elsewhere, not worth the headache.
