After being involved in an accident in which we were not at fault, we thought we could work with our insurance company and the at-fault driver's insurance company to get the appropriate care/treatment and a reasonable settlement. When our insurance company stopped paying our medical bills, we found Martin. Hiring him was the best decision we made. He gathered all of our information and dealt with the insurance companies directly - taking a large amount of stress/anxiety off of our shoulders. He got our insurance company to pay all of our back bills and he negotiated settlements with the other insurance company that were significantly higher than what we were offered originally. We can't recommend Martin enough!

I was referred to Martin by Ly Tran and he has been so incredibly helpful in closing my car accident case. Other lawyers that I had talked to made me feel like I was at fault for not continuing care, for not reaching out earlier, etc. when I had no idea what I was doing because I had never been hit by a car before.
