Monica was my champion when I couldn’t always see through the manipulation of the abuse cycle I was stuck in. She helped us escape and fought for my kids and I. I highly recommend Monica for anyone going through a difficult divorce especially when it comes to the safety of your children. We are now thriving and safe. In your darkest hours it doesn’t feel like there is a light. Monica is that light that gets you to the other side.

Monica was my counsel in a custody/support with a few complications and issues. There were a lot of different ways we could go with things, but I always felt Monica was thoughtful and laid out the possibilities and likely outcomes clearly to me. Even if we disagreed on a course of action, she was open with me on her feelings and opinions, and even felt comfortable enough to allow me to get a second opinion with no judgement. From that I learned that she has the great respect of her peers, which I found reassuring. She was usually quick to respond to all my inquires, and I appreciated that it felt like she was thoughtful of my time and billed hours.

I hired her for my my divorce. My experience with her was not good. She didn’t respond to my calls or emails a lot of times. When she did respond, it was late. I felt like she wasn’t listening to me or my concerns. She kept pushing me to settle and let my ex have whatever he asked for. My impression was she just wanted to close my case. I want my case to close too but not letting my ex have whatever he wants.

Monica is very honest, smart and decent(!!) attorney. She is highly knowledgeable about legislature. She did everything she could during my divorce and did a good job at our trial. I like that she never waste her time and my money for irrelevant things, always tries to focus on right things only.
