I was looking for an attorney to help me with issues with my ex who has a diagnosis of mental illness. Neal came highly recommended by other attorneys. Neal is not only very knowledgeable about family laws in WA, I am mostly impressed with how strategic he was in dealing with a mentally-ill person. While working on my CS modification motion, Neal was able to communicate with my ex effectively and also was able to stay on course while my ex tried to argue about many irrelevant issues. (My previous attorney was not able to do so and we lost our case because we were caught up and distracted in defending ourselves against his frivolous irrelevant claims). Neal won my CS motion for me. He is very professional and has a no-nonsense style. He does not do unnecessary works that costs extra charges. I have recommended him to a couple of my friends and will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs a strong, knowledgeable, and efficient professional.

Neal was hired for legal counsel in filling a parenting plan that involved domestic valiance and substance abuse with the child's father. From the moment I walked in to my first meeting with Neal through today, he has been not only the best legal counsel but an advocate. I remember walking out of that first meeting filled with confidence and a since of empowerment. Neal always thinks of the children first, I can remember lots of conversations were he needed to have me reevaluate my personal motives. While encouraging parents to make decisions based off what’s best for the child and to try to work compromise, he hits the court room running when litigation is necessary. You will always find Neal not only holding his client accountable but all parties involved directly or indirectly. His knowledge of civil law is incredible and he is always willing to share and tell a good story or two. Neal will always go above and beyond, when you’re done you never feel you wasted you money. He is worth every penny he charges and some! I have recommended Neal many times over the last 10 years. Over the last 7 years I have invited him to share knowledge and answer questions with young single mom groups with several organizations in King and Snohomish Counties. I hired Neal for child custody and child support issues. Opposing side was aggressive and played tricks. Neal is knowledgeable about law, timely in response, knows what he's doing, and fights the good fight. Results were more successful than I anticipated.
