I was pulled over for doing 91mph in a 70mph zone. My license was suspended at the time. I hired Mr George and he was very easy to work with. Very professional and high recommend. I ended up getting all charges dropped with no fees, thanks to his help. Excellent attorney!

I had consulted Nick George for a dui. He seemed friendly at first and eager to help me beat my case. He quoted me $3,000 for the whole case and I obliged. I’ve never gotten a DUI before and I had no idea what any of it would entail. As I was asking questions, he never thoroughly answered any of them but ensured me that he would help me out. By my first initial court date right before I would see the judge he told me we would be going for a deferred prosecution. He told me what to say and everything would be fine. I did what he said. He told me with a deferred prosecution I would have to take classes and do some meetings for a little while. Didn’t seem so bad. Unfortunately due to my nativity, I later found out that a deferred prosecution meant a five year probation program that was very strenuous, expensive and ultimately not worth it. Two years of treatment, two years of 12 step meetings, no alcohol for two years while being tested, monthly probation officer visits, ignition interlock, and five total years of active probation. I also found out that many DUI lawyers will do a deferred prosecution for much much much much much less than the $3,000 I paid nick george. By my next court date, he did not inform me that he would not be there to represent me, instead a colleague showed in his place. I understand though, sometimes you just can’t make it, but he didn’t even let me know beforehand. In between all this I would call Nick to ask questions and he was always short with me and acted frustrated that I had the audacity to call him in the first place. I would seek counsel elsewhere. Clearly, having me ask for a deferred prosecution was much easier than putting in the work to try and beat my case or at least get it amended. Would not recommend in any case.

In my opinion Nick George is only after money, I am what by law is called a Guaranior and I hired him for a criminal case against another party. After being paid very quickly Mr. George had stereotyped his own client by his race. He was fired as soon as possible, . I could not believe a defense lawyer would say that about his own client. I would not trust him as a criminal, civil and especially not an immigration lawyer. My advice is to learn as much as you can on a lawyer before hiring him.

Nick did a good job on my case and was a go getter. But, most of his credit is due to his awesome paralegal Jason! Jason was very polite,helpful,and did not hesitate to answer any questions I may had.He always kept me informed on my case and even answer my call on the weekends.Overall I would recommend Nick as a lawyer.

Attorney Nicholas George had the tenacity and fortitude of a Bloodhound as he relentlessly provided the representation that was needed for my son who was being railroaded by the Sheriff's Department and Prosecutor's Office in Mason County. Attorney Nicholas George's expertise during the trial clearly made the jury's verdict of "Not Guilty" the correct decision as he brought up the many issues that clearly demonstrated my son should not even have been brought to trial. Mr. George did an excellent job with my DUI case. He was able to get the charges reduced, so I feel this was money well spent. Mr. George and his office staff were knowledgeable and responsive, and they treated me with respect. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer.

Nicholas took my case last minute. I had no where else to go. His prices were very reasonable. Was very respectful of my status as a now know criminal. He helped me reduce my sentence which changed my life. If i were charged with the crime i had been appointed to i would have lost my job house and respect at my work place. Mr. George was the kind of lawyer a person needs to have on their side. He was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and fought for the best resolution. He was very concerned with the end result and I feel his experience with the courts and background helped me in the end. Mr. George requested for additional information that I feel other attorneys do not ask. He and his staff were excellent with keeping me informed (as needed) as to what was developing via phone or correspondence. They made sure I received copies of correspondence and reports that I am required to have within a timely manner. I am glad I spent the money to hire Mr. George and would recommend him to anyone with a criminal matter and/or a speeding ticket.
