I hired John to help with a personal injury case that I was unable to settle on my own. I wish I would have just hired him from the beginning and saved myself time and headache. In the end, we didn't have to go to trial and ended up receiving the settlement amount that we asked for in arbitration. This is due John being a shrewd negotiator and to what I like to call "out lawyering" the insurance company's counsel. He had knowledge of cases that the other lawyer was not aware of. I can also not say enough about his support staff. They are responsive, informative, and personable.

I hired John Polito in an unfortunate circumstance. John is very efficient and willing to go above and beyond what I would believe typical service would be (from a lawyer). The order against me was denied by the courts which was the outcome I was hoping for. It is never fun to have to hire a lawyer but he made the experience as pleasant as possible.
