Jeannie is GREAT! She communicates the process and gets the job done which is getting the ticket dismissed. I really appreciate her thoroughness.

Dear all, I wanted to tell you about my very recent experience with Jeannie Mucklestone and her team, but before I start, I need to mention something even more important. In this day and age, we all have a tendency to complain when we have an issue with something, a service, a product etc. And in fact the complaint may often be well justified, however when we’re happy with something hardly ever take the time to show our gratitude. At any rate I got a speeding ticket in Nov. 2018, I am new in the area I currently live in and quite frankly was not even paying attention to my speedometer on the day I got my speeding ticket. So I ended up getting a ticket after 27 years of having a clean record and it’s needless to say that it ruined my day. I started to Google the laws of Washington state and my options after having received a ticket and Jeannie’s name popped up. So I filled out a form online and explained the situation. On Monday morning, I received an email from Jeannie Mucklestone’s firm informing me that Jeannie will gladly take my case and that there is a good chance she can help me, should I decide to hire her firm’s services. I paid the fee and we started the process. I then contested my ticket and after a few days received a court date in January 2019. During this time, I was constantly worried and upset about my ticket, as a result I called Jeannie’s office on regular basis, her staff was always very helpful, compassionate and professional. I also sent several emails to the firm during this time and Jeannie herself responded several times. On top of all of this, a couple of time I called during the office non business hours and the answering service was also very kind and professional. In fact I received a call from one of Jeannie’s staff members, 10 minutes after I left a message with Jeannie’s answering service. On the court date of 1/08/2019, I received an email from Jeannie with a smiley face in the subject line informing me that my ticket has been dismissed. She congratulated me and asked me to call her cell phone if I had any issues with her services or if there was something I was not happy with. Of course I could not have been any more pleased, she absolutely made my day. I didn’t even have to pay a fine. Please know in some cases even if your ticket gets dismissed you may still have to pay a fine, but before you start complaining you should remind yourself that your insurance will not go up, which would have cost you by far more than the fine and it would have continued for three years. I cannot thank Jeannie enough for everything that she did for me and am truly grateful for having had the chance to use her services. I hope she doesn’t retire for a long time. So please take my word for it, hopefully you will never have a traffic ticket of any kind but if you do, you owe it to yourself to give Jeannie a shot. There is nothing more that she could have done to make me any happier! I apologize for the long winded note, however since Jeannie and her team put so much time into my defense case the least I could do was to write a decent review. It is a very efficient and simple process to engage her services. Unfortunately, I have had to use Jeannie's help a few times and she has come through every time.
