Jeannie Mucklestone is awesome! I am giving her 5 stars because she did her job very well, I was infromed of what was going on, any and all questions were answered, and I was always responded too in a timely manner. Only an ignorant person would rate her less than 5 star based on the fact that they had to spend a little more money. In the long run you would still save on your insurance, and have a clean record. Don't be stupid, You have to pay for results, nothing is free. So again, 5 stars because the idea of rating things is to help others know what kind of a service is provided, which the service is awesome! Not 3 stars based on the fact that I wish it cost me less money. It would be my own stupidity for employing a service if I didn't want to spend the money. This is my third experience with this firm and each time the process is smooth and effortless. I couldn't be happier with the outcomes I've received. Easily the best traffic attorneys in the area.

I paid her $350 to get me off for a $166 dollar ticket for speeding 11 mph over the speed limit. She successfully got it off my record and kept it from going on my insurance. The ticket was also reduced to $136. Over all I'm thankful that my insurance wont rise. But in the end I paid over $500 for this ticket when in the beginning it was not actually that expensive of a ticket. It will take almost a year of paying my insurance for this to even pay its self off. I don't think I will ever use her services again. If I cant be guaranteed that I can get out of it, I really don't want to even risk it or waste the money. The process was fairly easy, we just emailed back and forth and she appeared for me in court. I'm just disapointed in the overall outcome.
