Jeannie and her office staff were great! I was cited with a traffic ticket and treated very poorly by the sheriffs that had pulled me over. All I had to do was send Jeannie and her staff all of my info, the ticket, and an explanation of what had happened and they took care of the rest. Thanks to Jeannie I won't have this ticket on my record! I would defenintly recommend her to anyone and plan on going back to her if I'm ever in the same situation again.

Jeannie is amazing. I am so glad I chose to hire her instead of just giving up and paying the ticket. I only ever needed to communicate with her through email, which is so helpful since with two small kids phone time is near impossible to have undisturbed. She took care of everything, let me know everything I needed to do immediately, I never had a question with what was going on. A few emails between us in the beginning, and just heard my case was dismissed. Such an amazing feeling to know that she had my back through it all. Thank you Jeannie.

After I took my first ticket in about 8 years I knew who to call. All I had to do is scan and send her my ticket and 2 months later I got an email that the ticket was dismissed. It was super easy and took such little time to complete she did it all. Highly recommended.

Was able to get a $1,100 ticket dismissed, making her fee a steal by comparison. Didn't have to appear in court, all dealt with online. I'll be returning for her business as needed.
Update: 5/4/2021
Literally forgot that I had filed a ticket with her, thought I had missed the court date, got the dismissed finding the next day cause she had taken care of the whole thing. She's the best.
