Ms. Mucklestone was responsive to all the questions I had and made me feel not scared about my upcoming speeding infraction court date. As a result, speeding infraction got dismissed.

Jeannie is AWESOME! She is kind, explains everything really well, and even took the time to talk with my son about safe driving. She got two tickets vacated for us. Couldn't be happier and so, so glad I called her! I've already told a dozen plus friends that when (not if) their teenagers get tickets...don't pay the ticket (even though that's the appropriate lesson you want to teach your kids). Instead...call Jeannie right away!

The communication and follow up from Jeannie and her team was great. Would have been happy with her service even without the desired end result. But that said, she did succeed in the ticket dismal too, so even better!
