Hiring Jeannie Mucklestone was the best decision I have made in a long time. Her team was quick, efficient and produced the results I was looking for.

I received a letter in the mail from Jeannie Mucklestone stating that she was a lawyer and would like to help me by representing me in court for a traffic infraction that I completely felt I didn’t deserve. I was skeptical of her letter because I have not used an attorney before. My son is a lawyer but practices out of state, so I scanned her letter and emailed it to him for input. I was concerned the letter might be a fraudulent letter. I don’t know if he researched Jeannie or not, but he called me and recommended I let Jeannie represent me in court. I called and left a message for Jeannie, and she called back within half an hour. We agreed on the fee, and I sent her all the information I had. She told me that I didn’t need to be present at the hearing. I had a concern that not showing up for the hearing would be harmful to my case. She assured me that that would not be the case. My hearing was at 1:30 pm and I received an email from Jeannie at 2:03 pm stating that the case was dismissed. I highly recommend Jeannie because of her dedication to her clients by having skills and I know she will work hard in your behalf. I also enjoyed the professionalism of her staff when I called with questions. My wife agrees with me.

As a CDL holder, it is important to keep infractions off my record (not to mention the insurance benefits). What a relief! (And what's crazy is my ticket was in a construction zone so of course it's double - and Jeannie's fee was half the price - so I saved 50% in the long run and then some!!)
