Jeannie went to my court date in my place and got my first ever ticket dismissed after I got pulled over and was given a ticket for being in the HOV lane after the far left lane turned into a HOV lane. I was only in the HOV for 30 seconds before passing traffic and getting over and out of the HOV. The officer who pulled me over didn’t seem to care and gave me a ticket anyway. I just paid the flat rate and she gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do and then took care of the rest. I pretty much forgot I had ever gotten a ticket until she emailed me letting me know the case was dismissed. Very happy I went to Jeannie and can continue to maintain my perfect driving record 😁
