I have used Jeannie every time I've gotten dinged by the cops for over a decade now, and knock on wood, she has gotten every ticket dropped (3 of them I think). Her professionalism and ability to keep up with basic email communication while performing her other daily tasks is worthy of superhero status as well. She keeps you informed of the process, assists with questions along the way, and in my case, kept my ticket on her "to-do list" for over 6 months, before the City of Redmond even gave me a court date. I cannot recommend Jeannie enough, as she is the ally you want on your side, when the city and state money makers think they need to increase their income, by pulling you over and giving you a ticket for even the most laughable of reasons. Officers these days don't care what you say, or want to hear or debate anything, they just want to write you a ticket and be on their way to the next one, so more than ever, you need a good lawyer, and you need Jeannie!
