When I spoke with Ms. Mucklestone, she was very polite, but was all business and did not want to waste anyone's time. She appeared to have a proven process that worked for the type of high volume business that she conducts. I was very pleased with her knowledge, experience and confidence ,and even more pleased with the dismissal of my charge.

I was referred to Jeannie by my dad after I received a speeding ticket. Given the circumstances and rate of speed I was traveling, I was hoping for MAYBE a reduction, but Jeannie was able to get my case dismissed completely. Extremely easy to work with, timely responses, and all around professional. I would recommend her to anyone I know.
