I would like to thank Jeannie Mucklestone for her assistance in getting my ticket dismissed. I was so nervous about the whole process at first. This was the first ticket I ever received and it was unfairly given as I was at a complete stop in the turning lane (middle of the road) with my signal on when the driver hit my vehicle, I stopped at the stop sign and traffic was clear when I came onto the street into the turning lane, this driver came out of nowhere speeding and hit me hard on the left side of my car bumper. This accident was not my fault. My insurance sided with me and deemed the other vehicle as being 100 percent at fault. I am truly grateful and appreciative of Jeannie's services. She is excellent. Affordable, organized, fast replies, over all a perfect experience

I have had 2 tickets handled by this group, first got reduced to me having to attend an online driving safety course, the other was dismissed completely. Well worth the money, very easy to work with. If I get pulled over in the future I know exactly where to come to!

I had accelerated when I saw the sign, "End School Zone." The City of Lakewood officer insisted that I had to wait until after passing the sign completely to accelerate.
