Roberto has handled my past four tickets and all but one was dismissed, and the one that was not dismissed was reduced to a non-moving violation with a $100 fee which I am MORE than happy about. Tickets have always been reduced or dismissed, when I contracted him for the second time he picked the phone up himself, remembered my name, and offered me a returning customer discount. I'm not proud of the fact that I had to be a return customer, but he made it easy to deal with my tickets for a reasonable price when I did have to.

I can give Roberto my highest recommendation. He is professional, timely and communicates all details as well as answering any questions. He did as he he said - successfully reduced a moving violation to a non-moving violation, which will not show up for insurance companies or employers.
